If you have been in a similar situation, you might find a brother in Beyhan Mutlu who was lost. It must have been a scary experience for his family, especially for his friends who lost him in the forest.
This funny yet nerve wracking incident happened in Turkey.
Beyhan Mutlu; 50-year-old man went out drinking with some friends. His wife tried reaching him out but became concerned when she couldn’t reach his cell phone.
She found out from his friends that he wandered off into a nearby forest.
The search for Beyhan Mutlu began!
Volunteers spent hours searching the forest for Mutlu.
It was late in the night and the volunteers were shouting out, “Mutlu.” When one of the searchers called out Mutlu’s name, one of the volunteers caught everyone’s attention.
He said, “Who are you searching for? I am Mutlu.”
To their surprise, Mutlu was always with them searching for himself in the forest. He joined the search party thinking they were looking for someone else.
Mutlu said, “Basically, I’m paying for my friends’ mistakes. What happened is all like a joke.”
Once everyone realised Mutlu is in the search party, they took him for questioning. He said, “Don’t punish me too harshly, officer. My father will kill me.”
Mutlu was then given a lift home.
It is unclear how the situations occured and Mutlu found himself in the search party or the other way around. But, it sure is funny!
A missing person joining their own search party is very rare and hilarious!
